Bed bugs like to hide in small cracks and crevices generally on the bed area. It’s best to inspect the bottom side of the box springs and back side of the head board if there are no sightings on the mattress. The photos here are bed bugs found on the backside of the headboard when the bed was pulled away from the wall.
